Cinnamon Breakfast Bite
2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened (light cream cheese works, too)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 medium onion, minced
3 tbsp salsa
1 tsp cumin
2 cups nacho flavored chips (like Doritos) finely crushed
1 bell pepper stem
Instruction 1. In a bowl combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, onion, salsa and cumin with an electric or hand mixer until it is smooth and creamy.
1. Scoop the mixture out on to the plastic wrap and form it into a ball. Refrigerate at least two hours.
1. When you are ready to serve the cheese ball remove the ball from plastic wrap and roll the cheese ball iin crushed chips until evenly coated
Fill 1. Place the green bell pepper stem in the top of the cheese ball and serve with chips, crackers or veggies!
